The outdoor room by Botancial Decorators. The zoning restrictions presented and interesting challenge to create more usable living space for this new costruction in Chevy Chase. The old home was torn down to make way for a new custom home. However, it could not be as large as the homeowners wanted so we built a elegant outdoor room complete with pergola, comfortable outdoor furniture, an outdoor fireplace on a Pennsylvanni flagstone patio. The outdoor fan creates a cool breeze for our hot summers and keeps the bugs from invading family time. The beautiful landscaping borders this addition to their new home. The outdoor room expands the livable space, the fan extends the seasonal enjoyment in hot months and the outdoor fireplace expands the time to enjoy the outdoors in cooler months.
